Each teammate uses their own Platix account, and their agency role determines which workspace actions they can perform. Assign the least powerful role that still lets each person do their work.

Role model

Owners administer the workspace and high-risk settings. Admins help manage setup, team access, and workspace operations. Managers review work and resolve approval steps. Advisors build trips and handle assigned clients. Billing users manage subscription work without needing broader trip access.

Role names may expose different controls depending on the enabled pilot features.

Invite teammates

  1. Open the agency team area.
  2. Enter the teammate's email.
  3. Choose the role.
  4. Send the invitation.
  5. Confirm the person joins with their own account.

Do not share one login across a team. Shared accounts make audit trails, client privacy, and incident response weaker.

Change or remove access

Owners and admins should review membership whenever a teammate changes responsibilities or leaves the agency.

Remove access promptly when someone no longer needs the workspace. If the person owned open client work, reassign the client or trip before relying on their departure as the only control.
