Billing controls determine subscription status, seat counts, invoices, and which agency features are enabled.
Pilot access
During the guided pilot, access may be controlled by Platix rather than self-service checkout. The pilot does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
If self-service billing is unavailable, continue using the pilot process and contact Platix support for plan changes.
Checkout and portal
When checkout is enabled, owners or billing users can choose a plan and seat quantity through Stripe's secure checkout. Platix does not store card details.
Use the billing portal to manage payment methods, invoices, and subscription changes when available.
Entitlements
Entitlements control features such as proposal responses, PDF export, client portal, analytics, AI trip creation, PDF import, API access, webhooks, retention controls, support access, and exports.
If a control is missing, the workspace may not have that entitlement, or your role may not have permission to use it.
AI allowances
AI usage can have monitored or enforced limits. Review allowance information before large PDF import, trip creation, or proposal-generation work.
