For travel professionals
Start with the complete first-client workflow, then use the focused guides for intake, planning, review, proposals, delivery, and workspace administration. Visible controls depend on your role and enabled features. New to the workspace? See how Platix works for travel advisors, or read the broader agency workflow answers.

Give each person their own account. Use owner or admin for workspace administration, manager for review, advisor for assigned client work, and billing only for subscription tasks.
Create the client record, collect only necessary contact and trip requirements, assign an advisor, resolve intake questions, and approve the brief before planning.
Start from a blank trip, an approved template, or a reviewed PDF import. When AI trip drafting is enabled for an approved pilot workspace, it can turn an advisor prompt or approved brief into private, assigned agency work. Review every draft before it reaches a traveler.
Choose client-safe content and the active disclaimer. Publishing creates an immutable version; later edits require a new proposal version.
Issue a revocable proposal link, respond to day or stop feedback, record the client decision, and resolve requested changes before final delivery.
Keep supplier references, internal notes, net costs, and quote work private. Only explicitly selected client instructions enter a proposal, live itinerary, or final artifact.
Finalize a published proposal, then create a secure read-only traveler link for phone or laptop access. PDF and calendar exports can accompany the same client-safe projection.
Upload a text-based PDF only when the pilot enables imports. Review every extracted field and unresolved item before creating a private trip. OCR for scanned PDFs is not yet supported.
Submitting a profile or showcase does not publish it. Platix reviews public teaser copy separately; private trips, client data, IDs, internal notes, and object keys are never part of the directory projection.
Owners can manage membership and feature access. Contact support for a pilot export, access incident, suspension review, or workspace closure. Platix is not an emergency travel contact.
