The agency directory is an opt-in public listing surface. It should not publish private client work.
Prepare the profile
Add a public handle, display name, summary, specialties, service regions, contact action, website, and public-logo permission.
Use public-safe copy. Do not include client names, personal traveler details, private booking data, supplier credentials, or private agency notes.
Submit for moderation
Saving a directory draft does not necessarily publish it. Submit the profile or showcase for review when it is ready for public use.
Platix moderation may approve, suspend, or remove directory content that is unsafe, misleading, private, spammy, or off-brand for the product.
Showcase trips
A showcase describes an example itinerary or destination expertise. It can reference an eligible source trip, but the public showcase should contain only reviewed public-safe copy and approved media.
Confirm public use for logos and covers before submitting. Private object keys and original upload sources should not be exposed directly.
Inquiries
Directory leads can be routed as Platix inquiries or to the agency website depending on the selected contact action.
Treat inquiries as leads, not confirmed bookings or emergency requests.
