Live traveler itinerary links let an agency share a secure, read-only final itinerary after proposal review is complete. The agency can replace or revoke the link without exposing the private working trip.
The link is not the private agency trip. It opens a read-only traveler view created from a published proposal snapshot, so the client sees only the days, stops, media, instructions, branding, and disclaimer the agency selected for final delivery.
When to use a live itinerary link
Use a live traveler link after the proposal is approved or otherwise ready for final delivery.
The live link is best for travelers who want to open the itinerary on a phone or laptop during the trip. PDF and calendar exports can still be useful as companion artifacts, but the live link is easier to revisit, map, and navigate.
Create a traveler link
- Build and review the private agency trip.
- Publish a client-safe proposal from that trip.
- Resolve proposal feedback and confirm the correct proposal version.
- Open Proposals.
- Choose Finalize itinerary for the published proposal.
- Choose Create traveler link.
- Copy the secure link and send it only to the intended recipient.
If the final itinerary already has an active link, the action changes to Replace traveler link. Replacing a link issues a new token and makes the previous active link stop working.
What travelers can see
Travelers can view the final client-safe itinerary: days, stops, maps, selected media, selected booking instructions, agency branding, and the final disclaimer.
Travelers cannot edit the trip, use the agency workspace, see internal notes, see supplier net costs or margin, invite collaborators, fork the itinerary, use public social features, or open the private source trip.
Revoke access
Use Revoke traveler link when a link was sent to the wrong person, the engagement is over, or the traveler should no longer have access.
Revocation affects the active traveler link. It does not delete the private trip, proposal version, final itinerary record, or agency audit history.
Privacy and versioning
A final itinerary is generated from an immutable proposal projection. Later edits to the private working trip do not automatically change what a traveler sees.
For material changes, update the working trip, review the change, publish a new proposal version if needed, and create a new final itinerary or replacement traveler link from the reviewed version.
