Track client proposal activity

Track aggregate client proposal opens, itinerary day views, feedback, approvals, and advisor workload in the Platix agency workspace without treating activity as proof of consent.

Agency teams can track aggregate proposal opens, day views, feedback, approvals, and workload signals. These signals do not prove that a client read or accepted an itinerary.

Proposal analytics is the agency-facing feature for understanding client delivery and team workload at an aggregate level. It is available to authorized agency workspace members; it is not a Platix internal analytics report and is not visible to travelers.

What metrics show

The analytics panel can show published proposals, issued links, likely human opens, day views, submitted feedback, approvals, change requests, median first open time, advisor workload, and AI allowance usage.

Use the date range selector to look at a recent window or a longer trend.

What metrics do not prove

Opens and day views are aggregate browser signals. They do not prove that a client read, understood, accepted, or legally agreed to an itinerary.

Do not use proposal analytics as the only source for client consent or operational readiness. Record decisions and approvals through the proposal workflow and agency process.

Privacy boundaries

Analytics should not expose full reading histories, IP addresses, private booking details, supplier margin, or internal notes.

Client questions and decisions should stay tied to the proposal version they concern.

AI usage

When AI allowance data appears, treat it as a workspace operations signal. Monitor usage before relying on AI-heavy workflows during a busy proposal period.
