A Platix creator account gives you two ways to earn from travel expertise:
- Sell your trips as premium products that are delivered automatically to buyers.
- Review theirs through fixed-scope Human Itinerary Reviews when your approved expertise matches the request.
Platix handles checkout, private buyer delivery, service workflow, earnings, and weekly payouts through Stripe. You remain responsible for the work, the recommendations, and the final judgment carrying your name.
What we look for
- A credible public body of work — a social account, blog, portfolio, or other work showing your travel perspective
- A complete public Platix profile that clearly states your destinations, travel styles, and practical expertise
- A published public Platix trip, when you already have one, so travelers can see how you plan
- Useful, supportable judgment about the places, routes, travel styles, or constraints you intend to cover
Creator launch-program applicants can build their first Platix trip with us. Follower count matters less than whether travelers can understand your expertise and rely on your decisions. Be clear about what is firsthand, professionally learned, or carefully researched.
Apply
- Open Sell your travel itineraries.
- Select Build your creator business.
- Sign in or create an account. Platix opens the application in the dedicated Creator Studio workspace.
- Complete and save your public Platix creator profile with a creator name and handle.
- Add the link to your public social profile, blog, or portfolio.
- Optionally describe the destinations, travel styles, and practical expertise your audience relies on.
- Review the creator earnings and payout terms, then select Apply. By applying, you agree to those terms.
The card then shows that your application was received. Return to Creator Studio from the account menu to check its status.

If your application is rejected
Platix sends a rejection email to the address on your account. You can then open Creator Studio, update your public-profile link or travel background, and select Apply again. The updated application returns to review.
After approval
Earnings appear inside Creator Studio, and eligible original trips gain a Sell this trip option in their settings. The seller terms are part of the Terms of Service you've already accepted, so there's nothing more to accept before you sell. To get paid, set up payouts with Stripe in Creator Studio > Earnings, whenever you're ready. Approved reviewers can also manage Human Itinerary Review availability, assignments, deadlines, completed work, and earnings there.
The public creator profile is an ongoing part of active creator status, not only an application step. It stays public while your application is being reviewed, because the review looks at it, and approved creators cannot hide it while remaining in the program. Pause individual premium-trip listings or paid-review availability when you do not want new work; the creator profile remains public.
If you are not a creator and have no application under review, for example you never applied, your application was not approved, or you left the program, you can take a published profile offline with Make profile private in Creator Studio > Public profile. Publish profile brings it back with the same handle and brand.
Leaving and applying again
An active creator can choose Leave creator program in Creator Studio > Settings. This deliberately withdraws the creator account, makes its creator profile private, and stops new premium-trip publishing, sales, and paid-review offers. Existing buyers keep their purchased trips, and required purchase, license, attribution, earnings, payout, and audit records remain preserved. Public trips and collections do not become private automatically; change their visibility separately.
A withdrawn creator can return to Creator Studio later, publish a complete profile, update the application, accept the creator terms then in effect, and select Apply again. The new application returns to review; prior approval is not restored automatically.
Suspension is different from voluntary withdrawal. A suspended creator cannot withdraw or reapply to bypass the suspension. Platix must review and restore suspended creator access.
