Use ordering to keep the collections and places you reach for most often near the top.
Reorder collections
On Your collections, drag a collection by its move handle and drop it in the desired position. The list updates immediately while Platix saves the new order.
Reorder saved places
Inside a collection, drag a saved place by its move handle. This changes only its position in that collection. If the same place appears in another collection, its position there is independent.
If a move does not save
If a move cannot be saved, Platix restores the last saved order and shows an error. Wait for the current move to finish before making another large reorder, then try again.
For a long list, drag an item directly to its destination instead of moving it one position at a time.
Keep the structure useful
Put active projects first, then arrange places in the order that helps you compare or visit them. Collection order is organizational and does not change public discovery ranking.
Merge overlapping collections
Open a source collection's settings and select Merge under Merge into another collection. In Merge saved places, choose the destination under Merge into. Add other accessible source collections when that option is offered.
Wait for the duplicate check, review the places to add and skip, and choose the available note, tag, and photo options deliberately. Select Merge places only after reviewing the preview. You need edit access to the destination; inaccessible collections cannot be used as sources.
Merging copies non-duplicate places into the destination. Source collections stay unchanged: this does not archive or delete them, and it does not create a trip. Re-check the destination before separately deleting any collection you no longer need.
