Memory helps Platix personalize travel planning from explicit preferences, remembered facts, saved places, and trip context.
Load memory when you need it
Open the account menu and choose Preferences & memory. Platix loads travel memory only when you open that area or when a planning feature needs scoped context.
The Preferences & memory section can show:
- travel preferences you entered directly;
- remembered facts inferred from your travel conversations;
- trip-specific facts;
- summaries of trips and saved places.
Edit preferences
Use Travel Preferences for durable details such as home base, travel style, pace, budget, dietary needs, accessibility needs, preferred transport, interests, avoidances, and notes.
Save only preferences you want Platix to reuse. Do not store secrets, payment details, government ID numbers, or emergency medical information.
Review remembered facts
Remembered facts are meant to be explicit and useful for future travel planning. Review them if suggestions start feeling off, too narrow, or too broad.
You can edit or delete remembered facts from Preferences & memory. Deleting a memory fact does not delete trips, places, collections, comments, or booking records.
Trip memory
Trip memory is scoped to the current user and current trip. Collaborators do not automatically share the same memory facts.
Open the trip memory panel from a trip when you want to see or remove facts that are affecting suggestions for that trip.
