An account keeps trips, collections, chat, uploads, invitations, and preferences connected across sessions.
Choose a sign-in method
Open Sign in. Continue with Google appears above the email form when Google sign-in is available. Other social providers appear only when enabled. Email remains an option below the divider.
For an existing email account, enter your email and password and choose Sign in with email. Use Forgot password? if you cannot remember the password; repeatedly submitting the same details will not reset it.
Create an account with email
- Open Create an account.
- Enter a valid email address.
- Choose a password that meets the displayed requirements.
- Confirm that you accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and age requirement.
- Select Create account with email, then open the confirmation email.
Check your inbox means verification is pending, not that you are already signed in. Follow the email link, then return to the intended workflow. Use the offered resend or change-email controls if needed instead of repeatedly creating the same account. If sign-in reports an unverified address, use Resend verification email. Request a new link if the previous one has expired.
The legal acceptance is recorded with the applicable document versions. Platix does not ask for a birthdate solely for age confirmation.
Continue with Google
Select Continue with Google to sign in securely with Google. Platix receives the identity information you allow and creates or resumes the corresponding account.
Use the same sign-in method consistently. An email-and-password account and a Google account are not guaranteed to merge simply because they use the same email address.
Resume an interrupted action
When sign-in is required for an action such as creating a trip or accepting an invitation, Platix returns you to that workflow after authentication when the action is still valid.
Passwords are never included in product analytics. Session tokens are kept in HTTP-only cookies so application JavaScript cannot read them.
