An account keeps trips, collections, chat, uploads, invitations, and preferences connected across sessions.
Create an account with email
- Open Create an account.
- Enter a valid email address.
- Choose a password that meets the displayed minimum length.
- Confirm that you accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and age requirement.
- Submit the form and open the confirmation email.
The legal acceptance is recorded with the applicable document versions. Platix does not ask for a birthdate solely for age confirmation.
Continue with Google
Select Continue with Google to authenticate through Google and Supabase. Platix receives the identity information allowed by the provider and creates or resumes the corresponding account.
Use the same verified email consistently. Account linking depends on the provider and Supabase identity rules; do not assume two accounts will merge merely because their email text looks similar.
Resume an interrupted action
When sign-in is required for an action such as creating a trip or accepting an invitation, Platix returns you to that workflow after authentication when the action is still valid.
Passwords are never included in frontend analytics. Authentication tokens are held in HTTP-only backend session cookies rather than exposed to application JavaScript.
