Place details bring the map result, Google place information, saved context, and media into one view.
Open place details
Select a map pin, search result, or saved place. When available, the detail can show:
- Address and map location
- Rating and current open status
- Opening hours
- Website and phone number
- Google place photos and user-uploaded media
Place information depends on what the provider returns and may change. Confirm critical hours and reservation requirements with the venue.
View photos
The hero image gives the strongest preview. Select any smaller photo beneath the upload area to open the lightbox and inspect it at a larger size.
Save the place
Use the save picker to add the place to one or more collections. The collection you are currently working in is selected by default; otherwise Platix starts with Bucket List.
If the place is already saved in the current context, the interface reflects that membership instead of offering a duplicate action.
Use the details in a trip
On the trip side, a searched or selected point of interest opens the same rich detail. Adding it as a stop saves its Place ID and available details so the stop can display useful information later.
