Find your purchases
Purchased trips stay tied to your Platix account. Open the trip from the confirmation email or return to its original trip page while signed in.
Access is tied to your account, not to a device or a link. Sign in anywhere and it is there.
Make it yours: fork once
A purchased trip is read-only — you cannot edit the creator's original. To adapt it for your actual travel, fork it: this creates a private, fully editable copy in your account.
You get one fork per purchase. Shift days around, drop stops you do not want, add your own, and set your real dates. The copy remains private and can never be sold.
Fork once you know your dates. There is no second fork, though you can keep editing the copy forever.
Watch for updates
Creators post updates on their trips — a restaurant now requiring reservations months ahead, a road reopening, a price change. Updates appear on the trip page, newest first, tagged where relevant.
Check the updates before you book anything. They exist because the itinerary itself is locked after sale, so this is how a creator keeps a sold trip honest.
Before you travel
Treat the itinerary as a strong starting point, never as a confirmed plan:
- Re-check opening hours and closing days for anything you are relying on.
- Book anything that needs booking, especially where an update flags long lead times.
- Confirm visa, entry, and insurance requirements for your own nationality.
- Check seasonal access for mountain roads, ferries, and high-altitude routes.
