Find your purchases
Purchased trips stay tied to your Platix account. Open the private trip delivered to you from the confirmation email or your purchased-trips library while signed in.
Access is tied to your account, not to a device or a link. Sign in anywhere and it is there.
Make the delivered trip yours
Platix creates a separate private, editable trip for you from the release you purchased. You never edit the creator's master, and the creator does not automatically receive access to your copy.
The top of your trip says which premium trip it came from and links to the creator's page, so you can follow them or find their other trips.
Shift days around, drop stops you do not want, add your own, and set your real dates. You can invite private viewer/editor collaborators when family or travel companions need to help plan.
The delivered trip cannot be forked again, sold, or turned into another premium product. You can keep editing it for your own travel.
Watch for updates
Creators may publish later releases and release notes — for example, a restaurant now requiring reservations months ahead or a road reopening. Your private trip does not change automatically.
Check release notes before you book anything. You decide whether and how to apply relevant information to your own edited trip.
Stop sharing your contact details
If you shared your name and email with the creator at checkout, the purchase shows Shared with the creator. To stop:
- Open your purchases.
- On the trip, select Stop sharing, then confirm.
You're removed from the creator's buyer list in Platix right away. If the creator already saved your details, use the unsubscribe link in their emails or ask them to delete them.
Before you travel
Treat the itinerary as a strong starting point, never as a confirmed plan:
- Re-check opening hours and closing days for anything you are relying on.
- Book anything that needs booking, especially where an update flags long lead times.
- Confirm visa, entry, and insurance requirements for your own nationality.
- Check seasonal access for mountain roads, ferries, and high-altitude routes.
