Public art and courtyards still sit among homes and working businesses, so visit with ordinary neighborhood courtesy.
Decide whether Trakai fits
Trakai Castle can make a worthwhile half-day, but transport, weather and visitor levels matter. Protect a complete Vilnius day first. Overland travel to Riga or Warsaw consumes real hours, and an early departure should not carry a full morning of museums.
